Creative Binge collects personal information (including name and email address) about the user during registration to the website. This information is volunteered by the user, and will only be used for internal purposes. When legally required to do so – at the request of governmental authorities conducting an investigation, to verify or enforce compliance with the policies governing our website and applicable laws, or to protect against misuse or unauthorized use of our website – information may be handed over to the proper authorities.

2) Email

Upon registration, the user also provides us with his/her email address. This email will be used to send periodic mailings from the administrators, and to notify the user of any new private messages that may be posted for them on the website. Users can opt out of receiving administrative emails by updating their user profile. The user can not opt out of receiving private message or other website related notifications.

3) Cookies

Creative Binge uses cookies to store visitors preferences and to customize page content. Users who do not have cookies enabled may not use this website.

4) Copyright Infringement

Due to the nature of the generated content on the website, Creative Binge will not be held liable for any copyright, trademark or other infringement on content uploaded by the user. Any material found to be infringing on previous claims will be removed immediately at the request of the original content owner. Creative Binge will due it's best to monitor uploaded content for possible infringements, but can not always keep track of user uploaded content.

5) Other Concerns

Creative Binge is hosted on a secure server. While we try our best to protect our users information, we will not be held responsible for any accidental loss of information (including severe hacking attempts and stolen server data).
