The voting system for work here is crazy... The designer him or herself can add or take away points anytime. It is nothing to keep coming back and giving yourself points to be on top in the work area.

My suggestion would be to first not allow a designer to give themselves points. Secondly a designer should be able to give 1 point per project which would be registered through the users accounts. Also maybe show who gave what points perhaps in the comments area.
